One of the very few pokemon parodies Ive ever REALLY enjoyed. It was extremely entertaining and I loved how it focused on the areas which brought back the most nostalgia for me from the game. Great stuff, twas funny and quite deserving of the award. Good stuff :)

Half of them are Sprite A Day so I won't even comment on those.
Deliver That Fulp had like 10 sprites and 4 things to do. It got popular solely due to the subject of Tom's baby and medals.
Tank Search was Google Images with a tank logo with low alpha placed randomly on top of them.
Advanced Sprites Tutorial... right, like we need another one of those.
NG Character Quiz was just random with, again, copied images and buttons.

It was only moderately enjoyable because you focused on several different aspects of the game - it wasn't just a single battle, so it was quite nostalgic. BUT, in all honesty, it was not very good. I obviously have nothing against sprites, but there was nothing special about the way you animated them. Try using more of the "Ease" tool if you're going to tween an entire flash. Also, the comedy was completely uninspired, aside from a few jokes in the very beginning. No one wants to see another rendition of Rick Roll or Over 9000 bullshit. You should focus on aspects of the game itself that provide some comedic substance & never ever cop out on memes.
To be honest I never really noticed how many memes were in it. I guess that was my falling.
